Your privacy, kept simple.

Browsing the site

Reading this site does not require an account, and we do not use analytics, advertising trackers, or tracking cookies.

Our hosting company, Vercel, keeps standard server logs (such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested) to run and protect the site. Those logs are kept for a limited time and we do not use them to identify you.

Because we do not track browsing, "Do Not Track" and similar browser signals do not change anything: there is nothing to turn off.

Spin & Win game

When the Spin & Win game is running, you enter a phone number to play. The number is scrambled with a one-way code before it is stored, and the scrambled code is used only to limit play to once a day and to show you the same result if you spin again. It is deleted after about two days.

If you win, we create a prize code and store it with the last four digits of your phone number, the day you won, and when it expires, so staff can check the code at the window. Prize records are deleted about 30 days after the prize expires (prizes last 7 days).

The game also sets a cookie with a random device ID (kept for up to 400 days) and keeps a scrambled version of your internet connection's address for about two days. Both exist only to stop one person from playing many times a day.

We never text or call the number you enter for the game, never add it to any marketing list, and never share it with anyone.

Ordering online

Online orders are placed on our ordering page run by Square (the "Order online" buttons take you there). Square handles your name, phone number, order, and payment under its own privacy policy, and we receive the order details we need to make your dessert. Your card details never pass through this website.

Map and links

The location page shows a Google Maps map. Loading it sends a request to Google, which may set its own cookies under the Google privacy policy. Links to Instagram, Yelp, Apple Maps, and Google Maps take you to those services, which have their own policies.

Tapping a phone number opens your phone app; nothing is sent to us until you call or text.

Children

This site is for the general public and is not aimed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your choices and your rights

You can use the whole site without giving us any information: the game is optional, and ordering happens on Square. You can delete cookies in your browser at any time.

If you want to know what we hold about you or want it deleted, contact us and tell us the phone number you used; we will remove any game records tied to it. We do not sell personal information and have not done so.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. Questions? Call or text (925) 325-8537, message @Drizzled_209 on Instagram, or ask at the trailer at 9035 Davis Road, Stockton.
